We sincerely appreciate every contribution made toward our mission

Donation Policy
As a registered non-profit organization, donations made to Footsteps Community Development
Foundation are generally non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to support charitable
programs and operational activities.


Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:
● Duplicate payment made unintentionally.
● Incorrect donation amounts due to a technical or human error.
● Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction (subject to verification).
● Payment processed successfully, but no donation record exists due to technical failure.

 

Refund Request Process
To request a refund, donors should contact us within 24 (Twenty-Four) hours from the date of the
transaction and provide:
● Full Name
● Transaction ID
● Donation Amount
● Payment Date
● Reason for the refund request
● Contact Number
● Email Address
Footsteps reserves the right to request additional information for verification.

 

Refund Timeline
Once the refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 12–14 business days.
● The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the donation.
● Processing time may vary depending on the donor's bank, card issuer, or mobile financial service
provider.

 

Non-Refundable Donations
Refunds will generally not be approved if:
● The donor simply changes their mind.
● Funds have already been utilized for charitable activities.
● The request is submitted after seven (7) calendar days without exceptional circumstances.
The decision of Footsteps Community Development Foundation regarding refund requests shall be final.
